Vintage Tokai Hummingbird Acoustic Guitar, Japan, 1971

A Vintage Tokai Hummingbird Acoustic Guitar Model 150F made in Japan, 1971. Solid Spruce top, mahogany back and sides , mahogany V style neck with a Rosewood fingerboard. 44m nut with an 0 fret. Mother of Pearl type inlays. In overall fair condition for its 52 year age, some noticeable dings in places but no cracks or damage that effect the use. Pick guard has been replaced. Low to medium action, plays nice with a very large balanced harmonious sound yet it's an absolute monster for projection !! Comes with a Japanese hardcase. 

Tokai were a quality Japanese guitar manufacture and are famous for using Gibson blueprints and designs to make their guitars hence the term "law suit period" one would see surrounding these guitars due to their quality and build being as good as Gibson.
